  • What if I want to provide my own design?
    We'd be more than happy to accommodate all your needs. Simply get in touch with us via our Contact form and we can take it from there.
  • Do I have to purchase a minimum quantity?
    For orders placed through the Store, there is NO minimum quantity. For custom orders, there is a minimum of 6 units (yards/pieces) for sampling purposes, and for bulk orders, our minimum is 60 units (yards/pieces).
  • Can I purchase online or do I have to meet you in-person?
    You do not have to meet us in-person. You can easily place an order through our Store. If you would like a custom development, please use the Contact form to get in touch with us, and we'll take it from there.
  • I would like to see some more designs. Where can I do so?
    The best way to check out our vast collection and our new designs is by attending any of the several exhibitions/expos we attend in various countries. Event details go up on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Exhibitions also give you an opportunity to meet with one of our friendly team members :)
  • What are your shipping options?
    Our preferred partner is DHL, although in certain countries, we might use FedEx or UPS depending on which one provides better service. Your shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout when you input your shipping address. For more info, check out our Shipping Policy.
  • I changed my mind and do not wish to continue with my order. Can I cancel?
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of the order being placed without having to give us a reason for doing so. Simply fill in the Contact form and include the phrase 'Cancellation of Order' in your message. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any cancellation requests after 12 hours.
