For orders placed through the Store, there is NO minimum quantity.

For custom orders, there is a minimum of 6 units (yards/pieces) for sampling purposes, and for bulk orders, our minimum is 60 units (yards/pieces).

You do not have to meet us in-person. You can easily place an order through our Store.

The best way to check out our vast collection and our new designs is by attending any of the several exhibitions/expos we attend in various countries. Event details go up on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Exhibitions also give you an opportunity to meet with one of our friendly team members :)

Our preferred partner is DHL, although in certain countries, we might use FedEx or UPS depending on which one provides better service. Your shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout when you input your shipping address.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of the order being placed without having to give us a reason for doing so. Simply fill in the Contact form and include the phrase 'Cancellation of Order' in your message.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any cancellation requests after 12 hours.
