RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
As most of our products are made-to-order or customised, such items are not eligible for return or refund once an order has been placed. By placing an order for such products, you acknowledge and agree to this.
For standard, non-customised products (if applicable), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Made-to-order, customised, or personalised products (including made-to-measure garments) are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect item delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (such as images or videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Return Process (for eligible items)
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item or proof of return shipment, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
